All Custom orders are not returnable unless there is a error in spelling and or placement. We accept returns for items with Manufacturing defects. Poor cuts, Bad Adhesion on mask, Over lapping cutting errors. Bad instillation on your behalf is not reason for a refund. Shirt and Sweatshirt orders can be returned under certain circumstances. We take quality control serious. The littlest thing is brought to our suppliers attention.
